Restrain.

Guarantee.

Boxabl provides a formal Limited Commercial Warranty covering all residential modular units manufactured at our facility at 5445 E N Belt Rd in Las Vegas, Nevada. This warranty establishes clear performance standards and protects institutional community builders against factory defects.

Warranty Exclusions & Field Conditions

This warranty does not apply to structural defects or envelope compromises caused by:

• Unlevel, uncompacted, or non-compliant concrete slab/stem-wall foundations poured by independent third-party site contractors. Foundation tolerances must remain within ±1/4 inch across the building footprint.
• Improper crane rigging, drops, or forceful unfolding conducted by uncertified third-party rigging contractors on "Module Only" orders.
• Damage resulting from earthquakes exceeding design ratings, flash floods exceeding FEMA 100-year base flood elevation, tornadoes, or acts of civil disturbance.
