Factory Module Only ($60,000–$110,000 USD per home): We fabricate the folding structural steel modules in Las Vegas and load them onto commercial freight carriers. Your licensed general contractor manages the grading, concrete foundation, crane pick, and local municipal utility connections.

Turnkey Community Development ($150,000–$210,000 USD per home): The dedicated Boxabl crew assumes total operational responsibility on site. We coordinate the civil site survey, excavate and pour the reinforced concrete foundation, execute flatbed logistics, crane the units into exact coordinates, unfold the envelope, and secure water, power, and sewer tie-ins under Nevada license standards.

Civil developments fail when timing between site grading contractors and delivery trucks drifts out of alignment. Our sequence eliminates idle transit staging:

Civil Verification. We confirm stem-wall or monolithic slab anchor bolts against digital laser coordinates before flatbeds depart Las Vegas.

Freight Dispatch. Standard flatbeds transit directly to the job site. Units do not require specialized wide-load routing permits.

Rig and Pick. A 60-ton hydraulic mobile crane hoists the unit using four pre-engineered lift lugs on the structural chassis.

Lock and Tie. Mechanical hinge pins engage, exterior roof seams seal with industrial elastomeric barriers, and mechanical tie-ins connect to foundation stub-outs.

Verify.

Boxabl is registered as a Nevada commercial corporation, operating continuously since 2026. All engineering calculations, welding protocols, and structural assembly lines are centered at our single 5445 E N Belt Rd facility in Las Vegas.

We do not subcontract our factory floor work to third-party overseas assemblers. The dedicated Boxabl crew oversees structural frame cold-forming, MEP integration, flatbed staging, and site deployment. Our structural steel design meets stringent international building code criteria:

We operate an industrial manufacturing facility, not a boutique custom carpentry shop. Being clear on what Boxabl will not do protects developer timelines:

We do not build custom timber stick framing. Everything that exits our facility is cold-formed structural steel. If your project mandates dimensional lumber, Boxabl is not the appropriate partner.

We do not alter interior floor plans for single-unit orders. Customizing electrical outlet locations or shifting bathroom walls destroys production line speed. Sizing is strictly 361 to 800 sq ft modules.

The commonest failure mode: The single most frequent point of job site delay in modular developments is uncoordinated civil foundation work prior to delivery. If an external concrete contractor pours anchor bolts out of square by more than 0.25 inches, the structural steel chassis will not seat cleanly. On turnkey contracts, Boxabl crews manage this risk directly. On module-only orders, the general contractor must laser-verify anchor points before shipment.
